Cancellation Policy

Deposit

• Cancellation more than 3 months prior to arrival date:
• deposit is refunded less bank transfer fee.
• Cancellation less than 3 months prior to arrival date:
• deposit is non refundable.

Balance

• Cancellation 4 to 3 weeks before arrival: 50% refund less transfer fees
• Cancellation 3 to 2 weeks before arrival: 25% refund less transfer fees
• Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival: no refund
